Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how StelomARE subscription orders work, including recurring billing, automatic renewals, cancellations, changes, and shipping.

By purchasing a subscription product from StelomARE, you agree to these Subscription Terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.

How Subscriptions Work

StelomARE subscriptions allow you to receive selected products on a recurring basis. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize StelomARE to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval shown at checkout.

Subscription options may include delivery every:

  • 30 days
  • 60 days
  • 90 days
  • Or another frequency shown at checkout

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize StelomARE to charge your payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges shown at checkout.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

For example, if you select a 30-day subscription, your payment method will be charged approximately every 30 days unless the subscription is canceled or modified before the next billing date.

Subscription pricing, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges may vary depending on the product, promotion, shipping address, and selected subscription plan.

Subscription Discounts

Some subscription products may include a discount compared to a one-time purchase.

Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription, the discount will no longer apply to future orders.

StelomARE reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription discounts or subscription offerings at any time. Any changes will apply to future subscription orders only.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription by logging into your customer account or using the subscription management link provided by StelomARE.

Depending on the available options, you may be able to:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Change or remove subscription products

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellations must be completed before the next billing date. If your order has already been processed, billed, or shipped, it will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop an order that has already been processed.

Skipping or Pausing Orders

If available, you may skip or pause an upcoming subscription order through your customer account or subscription management link.

Any skip or pause request must be completed before the next billing date. If the order has already been processed, it may not be possible to stop shipment.

Changes to Subscription Orders

You may update your subscription details before your next billing date.

Changes may include product selection, delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment method, depending on the options available in your account.

Changes made after an order has already been processed may apply only to future subscription orders.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, expired, or otherwise unavailable, StelomARE may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment cannot be completed, your subscription order may be delayed, skipped, or canceled.

It is your responsibility to keep your billing information current.

Shipping Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

After each subscription order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, weather, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Product Availability

Subscription products are subject to availability.

If a product is out of stock or discontinued, StelomARE may delay the order, skip the order, cancel the subscription, or contact you with alternative options.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Because StelomARE sells dietary supplements, opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund for health and safety reasons.

Price Changes

StelomARE may change subscription prices from time to time.

Any price changes will apply to future subscription orders only. Where required, we will notify you before the change takes effect.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, StelomARE may offer promotional pricing, free trials, discounted first orders, or other subscription promotions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions apply only to the period or order specified at the time of purchase. After the promotional period ends, your subscription will renew at the regular subscription price unless canceled before the next billing date.
