Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with StelomARE. Please review our shipping policy below for information about order processing, delivery times, shipping rates, and related issues.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that order processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery address.

StelomARE may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be shown at checkout when available.

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, StelomARE does offer some international shipping.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country. StelomARE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Because StelomARE sells dietary supplements, certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local, state, federal, or international regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered can be legally purchased and shipped to their location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

StelomARE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, StelomARE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us atcontact@stelomare.com, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, inventory delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Under FTC guidance for online orders, sellers should have a reasonable basis for any stated shipping timeframe. If no shipping timeframe is stated, the general expectation is shipment within 30 days. If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, customers should be notified and given the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
