30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition that you received them
Because StelomARE sells dietary supplements, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with for health and safety reasons.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. StelomARE is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or not received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Subscription Orders
If StelomARE offers subscriptions, subscription orders must be canceled before the next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it is subject to this refund policy.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. StelomARE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
